What is Global Cabins R Us?
Global Cabins R Us is a range of Backyard Building projects, designed and packaged for the DIY Builder with kitset assembly and the adventuring traveler of the mobile office / cabin / food cart.
Can I promote and sell Global Cabins R Us and their product range?
The simple answer is YES. We are currently commercial affiliates to www.gain2unetwork.com (Global Advertising Internet Network LTD) the affiliate program that allows our referral affiliates to refer customers and get paid a percentage of each product sale or License sale. Affiliate Memberships are FREE and members can upgrade when they choose to earn recurring trade barter dollars and cash rewards.
How do I buy a product?
Simply contact us by phone, email or Skype to order a product or to get more information about it.
Where are the products available from?
Most products are currently manufactured in Auckland, New Zealand and can be delivered for a fee from Cape Reinga to Stewart Island. We are currently looking to establish nationwide agencies to sell, manufacture and install our products anywhere in New Zealand. Currently we seek to establish international contacts for global contracts, licensed distributorships, manufacturers and assemblers to meet the demand for low cost housing.
What warranty is there on products?
This varies from product to product and dependent upon specific materials used. Pre-cut material packs from a certified manufacturer will generally carry a two year workmanship warranty with warranties on materials normally being covered by individual material suppliers. Specific warranties are given for each product when supplied.
What if I am not a DIY Builder?
We will be establishing a network of certified nationwide and international licensees, manufacturers, suppliers and assemblers. If we don't yet have one in your locality you should be able to readily source a local registered builder at your own risk.
How do I become a Licensee?

How much is it to become a Licensee?
Licenses start from $25,000 NZD depending on location and size of territory with a Five (5) Year Contract Term. A 50% deposit with terms can be arranged for approved Licensee Contractors.
Will I need a Building Permit?
Most single storied buildings under 10m² and not having sewage or drainage connections generally don't require Building Consent for the structure, however there may be considerations for site coverage and positioning in relation to boundaries and existing buildings. Awnings or shelters up to 15m² generally don't require permits either.
As individual Authorities guidelines vary, you should consult your local Authority Building help desk if in any doubt.
Where required we can supply full drawings as required for Resource and Building Consents.
